We ensure our clients have and organic and stress free experience while our Project Management team take complete control over all facets of each project ensuring total peace of mind for our clients.

• Complete knowledge of project requirements, costings, inclusions, exclusions and client expectations
• Total knowledge and attention to every detail of the fitout
• Dedicated and direct liaison with officiating parties – EG Shopping Centres, building management, council Authorities
• Clear communication from clients to our Dedicated Onsite Managers, ensuring any changes, issues or requirements are clearly communicated and executed quickly and efficiently
• Dedicated Project Coordinator to each Project Manager based in office to capture all the documentation that encompasses the Project and ensuring the Project Manager can be completely accessible, flexible, and always well informed in real time
• Coordination of all trades, materials and services
• Regular and detailed updates from site including comprehensive reports and photos
• Thorough involvement in stakeholder meetings and communications
• Quality control and any defect resolution if required in a prompt and efficient timeframe
