General Manager
Matt is a very recent addition to our growing team at Shape Shopfitters, joining the company in February 2026 in the role of General Manager. In this position Matt will oversee the management and delivery of shopfitting projects.
We are excited about Matt becoming a part of our group as he brings a wealth of knowledge in the building and fit out industry. He owned his own joinery company for over 20 years and was then employed as a Project Manager in the architectural joinery fit out sector for Tier 1 builders.
Matt’s role within Shape Shopfitters will involve working closely with other members of the Administration team as well as the Joinery, Signage and Architectural Metalwork production groups to ensure projects meet all requirements, are delivered on time, on budget and to the client’s satisfaction. We are confident his expertise will enhance our capabilities and assist in the development of our team.
Outside of work Matt enjoys playing golf, trail walking and gardening. He is also a passionate Collingwood supporter and enjoys going to their games to watch them play as often as he can.
